The independent platform for bunker operations

One operation.
Every stakeholder.
One trusted record.

Naviscope brings bunker operations into one secure workflow, connecting stakeholders, measurements, documentation, communication and verification from assignment to final report.

  1. Plan
  2. Coordinate
  3. Measure
  4. Verify
  5. Report

Bunker operations shouldn't depend on fragmented information.

A single delivery generates information across email, phone calls, messaging apps, spreadsheets, PDFs, survey reports, supplier confirmations, laboratory results and vessel communication — held by separate companies in separate systems. Everyone is working carefully; nobody is working from the same record.

The platform

From assignment to final report.

The assignment sits at the centre — whether it was initiated by the buyer, the supplier, the surveying company or an appointed agent. Every authorised stakeholder works from the same operational record while maintaining role-based access to the information relevant to them.

  • Centralised operational record
  • Structured documentation
  • Real-time status visibility
  • Role-based stakeholder access
  • Complete audit trail
  • Independent survey input

How Naviscope works

Five stages, one continuous record.

  1. 01

    Initiate

Any authorised party — buyer or owner, supplier, surveying company or appointed agent — opens the assignment with vessel, port, product and window.

  2. 02

    Connect

The other relevant stakeholders are connected to the same operation, each with the role and permissions that fit their responsibility.

  3. 03

    Operate

Status changes, documents, communication and operational information are recorded as the operation runs.

  4. 04

    Measure & verify

Authorised surveyors record measurements and verification data — tank measurement, MFM-supported delivery, samples and observations.

  5. 05

    Complete

Measurements, supporting evidence, reporting and timeline form one structured final operational record.

Independent by design.

No single stakeholder controls the operational record.

Naviscope sits between the parties as a controlled workflow and audit layer. Each participant works within their own role, while the underlying job record remains traceable and attributable. Naviscope is a platform, not a survey provider: it does not perform measurements, issue certificates or hold regulatory authority.

Naviscope provides

  • The digital environment
  • The operational workflow
  • The structured record
  • Controlled, role-based access
  • The audit trail

Independent surveying companies provide

  • Physical measurements
  • Survey execution on site
  • Professional field input
  • Their own reporting responsibility

Measurement

Built for today's bunker measurement environment.

Naviscope is measurement-method agnostic. It structures and preserves the record around the method actually used in the operation.

Conventional tank measurement

Per-tank soundings or ullages, temperature, water and density, before and after delivery.

MFM-supported delivery

Meter identification, certificate, seals and totaliser readings recorded alongside the operation.

Supporting documentation

Bunker delivery notes, sounding reports and supplier documentation kept with the record.

Sample & lab information

Sample seals and, where applicable, laboratory results linked to the same assignment.

Survey observations

Field observations and remarks captured by the attending surveyor in structured form.

Corrections & reconciliation

Amendments and final quantity reconciliation stay traceable to who recorded them and when.

Naviscope does not integrate directly with metering hardware, does not certify meters and does not manufacture measurement equipment.

For whom

One platform. Different responsibilities.

From office to onboard

Naviscope connects the organisations behind the operation with the people carrying it out. Surveyors, vessel personnel and bunker barge personnel receive the information and access relevant to their part of the job, and nothing beyond it.

Built for real survey teams

Several assigned surveyors can work in the same job and continue each other's work, with a complete record of who entered or changed each item.

Controlled vessel access

Vessel personnel receive or confirm the information relevant to their role, without access to unrelated commercial or company data.

Barge-side evidence in the record

Certificates, MFM and seal documentation, measurements and delivery evidence join the assignment record where appropriate. Access remains role-based and job-specific.

Audit trail

Every important action is attributable.

Measurements, document checks, statements and report changes form a traceable history of the operation: who entered or changed information, when it happened, and on behalf of which company and role. Report versions and finalisation are part of the same history.

Work collaboratively. Issue definitively.

Assigned users contribute while the operation is active. Once a report is issued, it becomes part of the controlled record, and any change follows a traceable correction process.

Security

Operational data deserves serious protection.

Role-based access

What a user can see and do follows their role in the operation.

Organization separation

Each company's data stays scoped to that organization.

Secure authentication

Access is invite-based; accounts are provisioned, not self-registered.

Controlled document access

Documents are released per side and role, not published to everyone.

Job-specific access

Access is granted per assignment. Participation in one job gives no view of another.

Separation between parties

Unrelated companies and jobs never see each other's data.

Naviscope is designed according to established access-control and audit principles. No certification is claimed. Read more about security.
